So, someone has sent you something using PAXI. Lucky you! Go to the chosen PAXI Point and collect your parcel using your Proof of Identity (ID, passport or driver’s license) and the collection PIN you received via SMS.

With PAXI you get to receive your parcel when it suits you, with more than 2500 PAXI points located at any PEP, PEP home, PEP cell and Shoe City stores. Conveniently collect your parcels at your nearest PAXI point, with selected stores having longer business hours.
